Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you
for one of the following reasons: - You contacted us by email, telephone or facebook message to enquire
about our tuition services
We use the information that you have given us in order to: - gather feedback to improve our services
- respond to any feedback you send us, if you’ve asked us to
- provide you with information about our services
- monitor use of the site to identify security threats
- monitor the performance of the site to identify inefficiencies and JavaScript
errors
We will not share this information unless there are safeguarding concerns
when this information will be shared in line with ‘working together to
safeguard children 2018’.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases
we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do
this by contacting forwardfocustuition@gmail.com

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in a password protected file.
We keep contact details and tuition reports for 6months after your last tuition
session. We will then dispose your information by deleting all records and files
that contain your personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to request: - information about how your personal data is processed
- a copy of that personal data
- that anything inaccurate in your personal data is corrected
immediately
You can also: - raise an objection about how your personal data is processed
- request that your personal data is erased if there is no longer a
justification for it - ask that the processing of your personal data is restricted in certain
circumstances - you have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information
you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain
circumstances
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a
request, we have one month to respond to you.
